On 24th September 2022 — In a landmark gathering at PSM College of Dental Science and Research, Akkikavu, the "THIRIKE" Alumni Association was formally inaugurated, uniting graduates under a shared vision of professional excellence and social responsibility. Registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955, this dynamic body aims to bridge PSM Dental College alumni under a dynamic platform that bridges past and present, fosters excellence in dentistry, and drives transformative social impact through education, healthcare, and community service.

Life Members: Alumni who completed courses at PSM College of Dental Science and Research (with one-time fee).
Honorary Members: Faculty, eminent professionals, and students who discontinued after 2 years. The Executive Committee shall have the power to nominate honorary members.
